Great location, helpful staff

The receptionist who checked me in was very helpful and despite her not speaking English and me not speaking Portuguese, she explained everything to me using a translator app which was very helpful

It was great to have a clean place but the cleaning of the kitchen area at 8:30am when it was only opened at 8 was a bit frustrating

每一层都有冰箱，浴室很好，水压也不错。有小厨房，能满足基本使用。

房间没有空调，酒店的位置在商业街上，晚上外面音响声音震耳欲聋，没办法睡觉。另外，床上有床虱，这是我第一次碰到，我在这里住了三晚，它们在我身上开party，太可怕了！

Rooms are overlooking the main street. Was busy and noisy during the festival, but could be fun. Kitchen was good with main facilities. Bathrooms were good.

A lounge area overlooking the street could be better off for off time.
