I believe the receptionist was Harriet we spoke to she was very helpful after a first few days of disaster of the holiday on managing to get us a different property that was cleaner. Thank you.

When we arrived we went out quick and then when we came back to make some food to find that the knives was dirty still with bits of food on them. Some of the glasses had what looked like lipstick on them still. The bed had sand on it. One of the duvet covers had what looked like mould on it. The dining table had dirt and sand on it was very disappointed in it and definitely not worth the money we paid for it. Then rang for it to be re cleaned next day when we came back after a day out to find the it hadn't barely been cleaned was really not happy at this point. We was then moved to a different property that was more cleaner not fully clean but far better than the original property booked. There was barely any like tray for cooking and that we had to go out and buy some so we could cook meals.
