ZAZAThe ocean view and a big TV
The couch we were scared to really sit on as it kind of broken and loose.
ZALiked everything of our stay. Especially the view.
On arrival, it was frustrating standing at the gate as we phoned several times without getting hold of the agents. Parking arrangements should be sorted out before check-in, not afterwards with threats of penalties if forms are not completed and returned within a specific timeframe. The dishwasher can be replaced with a washing machine as one needs it more when on vacation for a long period of time.

The place was extremely hot inside. You couldn't even draw the curtains because the heat would be even more unbearable. Blinds are needed to block out the heat and light. There was no cupboard for my girls to pack their clothing, which made it uncomfortable for them. The space felt a little too small. There were no cleaning supplies provided to clean after a bath or wash the floors. There were not enough utensils, especially considering it was Christmas and we needed to prepare food. The couch was very old and uncomfortable. You could feel the springs coming through the couch. The furniture was not pleasant or comfortable to sit on. Checked the oven as it did not warm up properly. Checked the temperature of the fridge and it was not cold enough. To be honest we didn't even take photos of the place. I am sharing this feedback because I believe you can improve. We have been doing annual holiday stays for over 30 years in different places, different locations , and sadly this was our least enjoyable stay.

Doesn’t have airconditioning. The place doesn’t feel safe and wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The service was slow and at times very unresponsive.
ZAZAZAThe geyser had a leak, and the wood is busy rotting kids did not want to use Cobert due to smell
