El Cocotero by the sea, desk,300mb fiber and terrace

Velmi milá a vstřícná paní Olga, se kterou se lze i v průběhu na všem domluvit. Místo bezprostředně u moře a staré pevnosti, v klidu na kraji města. Rád se vrátím.

Snad jen malá terasa bez výhledu, ale je to vynahrazeno blízkostí moře a perfektní výbavou apartmánu, včetně všeho na vlastní vaření.

- Good location to start your suftrip from. - Really very clean - Kitchen is quite new, with everything one needs, besides coffee ;) - The whole apartment is very well taken care of - nice decoration, with details. - there was no kind of smell from the toilet and also the window in the bathroom can be opened - very safe window at the entrance, so one can open it to let freah air in, without beeing worried. - a lot of lamps in the apartment, that is also neccessary as there isn't that much of daylight reaching the flat, which can be an advantage in the hotter days, no AC though, but usually there is wind on fuerte, so you can use the breeze at least very efficient in this flat. - fast Wlan

everything was fine, it looks like on the pictures. I would remove the blue couch and change it to a new one, but the main couch is good and can be opened to a big bed, so one can comfortably watch tv with 2-3 persons having their legs up.

Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato scarsa pulizia e molta polvere al nostro arrivo. Non c'era nemmeno un rotolo di carta igienica al nostro arrivo. La casa è buia e poco luminosa. L'unico spazio all'aperto è piuttosto angusto.

The kindness of the owner and the quiet around ✨

This accommodation is in a great location, close to unspoiled, beautiful beaches. The WiFi worked fine as promised, and that's about it.

This place can be suitable for a short stay, provided you're lucky and the smell from the sewer doesn't suffocate you. We had planned to stay for 19 nights, but we left three days earlier due to issues with accommodation and communication. We would have left earlier but couldn't afford to pay for two accommodations at the same time for many days. Communication with the hosts began well, but it quickly became complicated, and I won't go into the details. I sincerely hope I will never experience anything like that again. However, Jose was polite and tried to help out the best he could, for example, with the broken washing machine that started working after the first week. Thank you, Jose! To sum up what needs to change from my point of view to make this place better: * It was too complicated to get the info for check-in, but there was no problem getting the keys. * The sewer needs to be fixed, either by the owners or the municipality, to eliminate the smell that comes and goes (the situation is well-known by the hosts) * Clearly indicate in the description of the place that the terrace is small and receives limited sunlight. * Make it possible to open the bathroom window to get some fresh air in * A new sofa would be nice, not all travellers can stay out all the time and resting places for guests can be crucial. Constantly ending up on the floor is not acceptable * The towels can doo with a wash on at least 90°C to get some freshness in them. The town is really lovely and I hope to visit it again, but I will never stay in this accommodation again.

I particularly liked the location - on the West part of El Cotillo, facing the sunset and close to all restaurants and shops. Also, the flat itself was very cleaned and well prepared by the host (it is not a hotel, but more like a airbnb), who was also very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Nothing specific to highlight honestly - just note that the "terrace" is not the kind to spend any time on, but it is still useful to dry clothes, and in any case as the flat is right next to the beach, a terrace is not a must.

I agree with the opinion that: perfect in every way!
