"Panorama e tranquillità"

Posizione tranquilla ai margini del paese ma non lontano dal centro, dalle finestre si gode di un bel panorama verso le piste Erta o Sorega. Le stanze sono grandi ed accoglienti.

Il parcheggio sotto casa è piccolo ed è difficile fare manovra. Un po' di ghiaccio davanti alla porta di casa rischia di far scivolare.

Große, schöne Wohnung. Der Vermieter Walter ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit - bitte seine kurzen Nachrichten nicht missverstehen, er ist ein Pragmatiker. Zusammen mit dem Sofa haben 5 Leute gute Platz - für weitere Kinderbetten wäre auch Platz gewesen.

Es ist eine Kellerwohnung und es entsteht dort natürlich Kondenswasser und damit kann man Feuchtigkeit geruchlich wahrnehmen. Preis ist für eine Ferienwohnung zumindest in der Woche eher hoch (war aber zugleich das Günstigste was wir kriegen konnten).

"lokal - bez wentylacji :("

lokalizacja ok. ciepło w pomieszczeniach + ciepła woda

lokal znajduje się w suterenie. niestety brak w nim jakiejkolwiek wentylacji przez co dochodzi do skraplania wody na ścianach, parapetach itd. najgorzej było w łazience. do części dziennej wchodzi się bezpośrednio z zewnątrz. na zewnątrz było -18, więc nie było to zbyt przyjemne dla przebywających w środku. oświetlenie pomieszczeń - nie sprzyjało czytaniu czy układaniu puzzli

Die Aussicht, die Lage, Parkplatz, die Ruhe, die Wohnungsgrösse.

Die alte Kücheneinrichtung und zu wenig Ablagefläche in dem schön grossen Badzimmer.
