Staying here was the worst experience of our lives. There were so many things wrong about this apartment that I am not even sure where to start. The worst was attitude and behavior of the hosts, we told them there is no clean towels and all are used, they say we bring Towel and you was not at flat, we say there is no WiFi they say you don't know how to use WiFi it is very good and then no response we left there alone without any service promised and mentioned in the Booking.Com. The apartment was dirty and the walls were damaged. There was next to no cutlery in the flat. The spoons and forks that were in the kitchen were all broken. They had one very old cooking knife that would not cut air leave one food or vegetables. The washing machine were so dirty and disgusting. The kettle was very old and dirty. There was no toilet paper in the flat plus they advertises that they have a hair dryer. This was not true at all. We were charged 89 pounds for cleaning the flat, but once we had the flat it was such a dirty mess that we ended up cleaning the whole thing. There was np clean towel in the flat. But the worst part was there is no Internet in the flat. It is a lie that they have Internet and WiFi. There is perhaps some Internet in the building but not in the flat. Their TV does not work. So in short : No clean towels, no Internet and No working TV in this flat. We read other reviews late. Other guests are not happy with this apartment either. We will make a complaint to the Booking.com to remove this flat from their listing for poor management and faulty equipment. Otherwise we will involve city council with this. A Youth hostel has at least WiFi and a working TV.

New apartment with good environment , quiet, nice greenery view, bright, fresh airy and having balcony. Very convenient to access to Oxford City Centre by bus about 15 mints. as well as even good for walking (30-40 mints) to Oxford centre of City. There are several supermarkets, café shops , restaurants near by.

Customer Service must be improved. No answer about the information about pass word of check in even I arrived Heathrow airport ( I sent message of arrival time and agreed earlier check in with additional charge), I sent messaged and asked until our departure about what time I get the exact information of check in. Therefore I had to call to customer service of booking.com to help us to contact landlord. Very slow reaction , no atmosphere of welcome. I checked what kind of pan or pot for cooking, they sent me the photo of 2 sets of pan and pot( total 4 pieces) but actually only small Fri pan there. I requested again and need to wait they delivered only small pot coming. Poor power of Wi-Fi ( it was solved after we requested few times.) We (3 peoples) stayed 9 nights, after finished to use toilet roll and then requested additional toilet roll. But they just ignored. Feeling like completely Nothing welcome atmosphere.

Flat Review- Whilst the location and closeness to the John Radcliffe Hospital was excellent, I was very disappointed with the apartment itself. Despite it being built in 2022, the flat is already showing wear and tear. The apartment hasn’t been cleaned properly for a while. The floors were filthy and there were large amounts of rubbish under each bed and on top of wardrobes which had obviously been there quite a while. It states the apartment has Wi-Fi but the router must be located downstairs as you couldn’t get a strong or steady signal which meant there was no point trying to use it. The tv didn’t work. This may be due to incorrect settings on the tv. If that was the case, then instructions should be provided to enable guests to use it. I appreciate that it’s a self catering apartment, however I would expect some basics such as drying towel for dishes, washing up liquid and a hand towel for the kitchen. There is a dishwasher but there’s no point using it for just a few items. Even if I’d wanted to use it, there are no dishwasher tablets. I think the owner should spot check that apartment more frequently to ensure it’s fit for purpose and offers exactly what it describes on the website. Overall, very disappointing.
