Location and hospitality, was excellent.

Large covered deck was lovely. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Very noisy heat pumps/airconditioners. The one in main bedroom worked for 15 min at a time and then cut out. Oven kept cutting out. Pool - the pump/filtet did not work. Sand and leaves and goggles at bottom of pool. Power point in kitchen not working. 4 slice toaster with only one side working. Inadequate utensils for meal prep. Eg no serving spoon. Not even a plunge pot for coffee. We arrived at night after a 18 hour flight - not even a teabag. Supplied our own toilet paper and soap. No laindry powder or dishwasing liquid or dishwashing tablets provided. I asked for some wading up liquid. Garbage not adequately disposed of. Over flowing. Grounds wete a complete mess - untidy. Odour -like urine- in area between living room and diningroom. Nothing to hang towels on in our downstairs bedroom.

My stay was in October and I have not received my deposit back yet. Multiple calls and messages to the owner, accountant and agent and still nothing. Very unprofessional

I paid the full amount for booking this property, they haven’t refunded me. As the property had no water and was not fit for a stay. I’m still waiting it’s been 3 months. They are yet to pay me back my R24000.00 till today. This place is a fraud DO NOT BOOK IT!!

Lovely massive house for large groups. All the rooms had aircon and were en-suite which was amazing to have! Bathrooms were quite modern and very large so can’t complain. The house has a lovely pool and deck to relax on and a massive kitchen to cook in.

All the bedrooms upstairs had carpet in them and some of the guests had severe allergies due to this. Aircon in lounge did not work and aircon in master bedroom kept tripping. Although the house is lovely it feels a bit disjointed. Random furniture in rooms, some very old things in the house, no available lights for load shedding had to use our cell phones to braai etc. Just for the price and location the house could have felt more comfortable and had better touches.

We want our deposit back ASAP
