the toilet was backed up and they did not fix it...

The property is new, clean, and well-maintained. Although we initially faced a small issue with nearby construction, the management was very accommodating and arranged for us to move to Villa A, which offered more privacy. Thank you! We would love to stay here again!

I would not recommend staying in this place. Construction all around the property with constant noise and music from the workers. The workers can see inside the house, no curtains in the bedroom and the pool area provided no privacy. During "check in" the staff member I had to contact via whats app was sleeping in the other villa on the couch. Only when I contacted the "manager" via another whats app number I could check in. The place was not clean, gekko feaces on the bed pillow, stains on the walls and blinds, dirty cupboards, dead mosquito in the freezer, window sill was filled with water and dead bugs, swimming pool was not cleaned, etc etc etc. During the stay no cleaning was offered. The extensive house rules that state "before making a booking ot check in" were sent after check in and did not match the service. If I knew all of this beforehand I would have not booked this place also considering the price range. Take my advice and do not book this property.

Wayan was amazing and made sure everything was taken care of. Great villa very new and has everything you need. Good location close to Seminyak. Villa and pool regularly cleaned very well.

Pool is next to building site at the moment and doesn't have much privacy.
