41 - 3BR Quincy - Lovely & Spacious Townhouse near Boston

Location was about 9 miles south of Boston. Some nice restaurants within walking distance. Great floors, laundry in unit.

3rd floor bedroom was a little stuffy. When we turned rhe air up, vent blew right on bed. 3rd floor bedroom had dresser but no closet. Other bedrooms were fine.

Location is good, house is very clean

The beds were very poor and the linens need updating. This is such a great house with new bathroom facilities, a nice kitchen, plenty of room and very clean. But, the bedding and pillows were old and felt worn when climbing into bed. A mattress topper on the beds with new linens, and wash clothes in the bathrooms would make this rental an excellent stay.

loved everything

The modern spacious 3 bedroom house was clean and 2 1/2 bath with all the amenities was beautiful. The location was close to restaurants and convenient to the places we needed to go in Weymouth and Quincy.

Parking spaces were limited and tight for an SUV but worked. Street parking is available after 6 pm but it is a busy street and crowded area.

Can’t fault the house

That I had to pay more then the agreed price on booking.com. Poor communication between the host and the website about payment.

Very accessible from main highway and very comfortable for a group

A new townhouse so not stocked completely yet. I appreciated that there was coffee and amenities available.
