USEverything! The location was perfect, close to parking and right on the edge of the walled city. The apartment was so much bigger than we expected. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and extremely well equipped. Francesco was so wonderful and accommodating. We had an amazing stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We appreciated the travel crib with pillow and blanket, the black out shades, fruit, beverages and ice cream vouchers. You guys went above and beyond and we are very grateful.
Just that it's 4 stories up, but it's so worth it. We packed just what we needed in bookbags and it made it so much easier.
ITAppartamento molto bello, fornito di tutto il necessario. La sua posizione nel centro di Lucca permette di vivere la città senza prendere la macchina. Oltre alla disponibilità di una sauna, raramente presente in un appartamento, poter utilizzare lavatrice e asciugatrice rappresenta una comodità veramente unica. Ma colpisce in particolare la grande gentilezza di Francesco, che ci ha aiutato con i bagagli sia al check in che al check out, ci ha fornito molte utili informazioni e ci ha offerto la sua totale disponibilità. Insomma un soggiorno stupendo!

FRTrès bel appartement bien situé dans le centre de Lucca. L’appartement est très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Francesco assure un accueil exceptionnel et donne de très bon conseil.

GBThe apartment was beautiful and in a good location inside the city walls. Recently renovated, it was finished to a very high standard and equipped with everything you may need, including use of laundry facilities. The apartment was tastefully decorated, and had some of the most comfortable beds/bedding we have ever slept on. In fact, we had to drag ourselves out to see the sights of Lucca, it was quite tempting to stay indoors! Francesco was a fantastic host, and great with communication, he went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He even took us to airport early on a Sunday morning because we couldn't get a taxi. Which we appreciated immensely!
Be prepared to walk up several flights of stairs, Francesco did offer to assist with our luggage which helped. Also, be exact on the time that you wish to check in to the apartment, although we gave a very good estimate, we ended up waiting outside for 20mins which unfortunately wasn't the best start to our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect!
