"Skeptical at first"

Initially I was quite skeptical about the location of the property - a shophouse next to morning market (pasar). But the worry disappears right after the check in: The living hall comes with a big projector which is very nice to gather around and chill. The room is very spacious and there is Coway filtered water. The area is overall very clean. This property is located just next to morning market with a lot of local eateries. The host switched on the AC for us prior our arrival :) This property can easily fit 8 pax. If you are planning for a food trip around Bukit Mertajam with your friends/family, this is the place.

There is only 1 toilet in the house (but 2 showers). If staying in big group, that might be inconvenient.

The house was clean. Air conds work. Shower heater works. They provide everything just like your own house. We had very comfortable stay

The pasar was literally in front of the place... Susah sikit nak keluar pagi².
