Case da Amare - Vista mare a 30 metri dalla spiaggia

Appartamento in pieno centro e comodo a tutto. Stanze spaziose e pulite. Abbiamo soggiornato in sei e ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo Il gestore è gentilissimo

Bellissimo appartamento, vicinissimo alla spiaggia. È spazioso ed è perfetto per chi ha famiglia più numerosa. Super consigliato. La correttezza poi del proprietario è veramente da premiare. Lo ringrazio ancora.

Unica cosa da appuntare sono le pentole. Erano rovinate ed era impossibile cucinarci, poiché cancerogene. Gliel’ho fatto notare al proprietario e, per la corretta persona che è stata con noi, sono certa le cambierà. Per il resto veramente perfetto

Bellissimo alloggio!! Eravamo 2 famiglie e l'alloggio ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni (fantastico). Posizione centrale, parcheggio vicino e il mare stupendo davvero vicinissimo. Vittorio e stato molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per prendere l'appartamento. Sicuramente torneremo..

L'unica cosa che nn mie piaciuta e la tv che e troppo piccola per i miei gusti ma qst e solo una piccola osservazione personale, per il resto era tutto okay

Perfect apartment for a 6 persons family; very central, nice view of the sea, we enjoyed the apartment for 4 nights. The kitchen was fully equipped and the common area was very nice for family lunch/ dinners.

The access to the apartment is made through a narrow, steep stairway. Two of the bedrooms do not feature windows.

I have spent part of my summer holidays in Alassio every year since I was born (that's almost 40 years). I can confidently say this apartment is the best place I have stayed so far, and I have stayed in about ten different houses and apartments. The apartment is large, modern, and clean. Although we are a family of four, the place can comfortably host six. Having AC in the bedrooms greatly helps with getting a decent sleep. The location is unbeatable, with the sea just 30 meters (100 feet) away and all necessities within a five-minute walk. Check-in and check-out are straightforward; I appreciate the key-in-the-lock-box approach, which simplifies things, especially when traveling from abroad. The property manager was always available and ready to address all our queries.

If you have trouble sleeping at night, keep in mind that the apartment is situated in the heart of Alassio, which can be quite noisy during the summer. Being near several restaurants, rubbish collection occurs frequently throughout the day and night, and this can be quite loud. While we didn't mind it at all, it is something to consider.

the location

I chose this appartement to have 3 bedrooms even if we were only 4 becasue I was travelling with my Grandmother and my cousins. Without telling me, they decide to close with key one of the room and to only prepare 2 dobble bed (even not the single one in the other room). Then my 88 years old grandma had to sleep in a single bed without proprer bedsheet. Other things : more than 12 stairs for old people

Spacious, location ,view, clean, well equipped kitchen with a few salt, pepper, oil etc

Flight of stairs, hot water was only tepid in a very cold week, no hairdryer, renovations next door so drilling and hammering all day, rubbish trucks right underneath noisy early in morning. Need more than 6 pegs if washing using the machine. Uncomfortable sofa bed to sit on
