"SCAMMED OUT OF PET DEPOSIT"

The hotel itself is in a good location and lots of options for pools and hot tubs and great beach access and hammock lounge area.

Sheets on the bed were so old and worn it felt like sleeping on sand and the beds were cheap and super uncomfortable!! Parking garage couldn’t find parking and truck didn’t fit at all. BIGGEST issue is they say dogs are okay yet kept the $350 pet deposit for HAIR!!! Tried to claim that a spot where the drywall is messed up from humidity was my dog but he was never left in the room alone! I’m attaching a picture to prove that they are just making excuses to take the extra money!! Will NEVER stay again and from now on I will personally video all of a hotel room upon check in to prove it!
