Le logement semblait correspondre à l’annonce sur certains aspects, mais je n’ai malheureusement pas pu en profiter en raison des difficultés rencontrées dès mon arrivée.

Absence totale de communication de la part de l’hôte après la réservation, malgré plusieurs messages envoyés via la plateforme restés sans réponse. L’adresse fournie était incorrecte, rendant l’arrivée compliquée, et il a été difficile de joindre l’hôte, y compris via WhatsApp. Après avoir obtenu de l’aide sur place pour le contacter, l’échange a été peu professionnel. J’ai dû attendre environ 45 minutes avant d’être redirigé vers une autre adresse. À l’arrivée, l’accès au logement était difficile en raison d’un problème de serrure, nécessitant plusieurs tentatives pour entrer. Par ailleurs, l’état général du logement était insuffisant, avec un niveau de propreté insatisfaisant (présence de saleté et de poussière). Compte tenu de ces éléments, j’ai préféré ne pas séjourner sur place, et ma demande de remboursement n’a pas été acceptée.

Only the location was comfortable. Easy to travel.

When we arrived, we had to wait about 10 minutes, and the contact number provided was switched off. The owner called back after 5 minutes, and another 15 minutes later, a man arrived. Upon arrival in the middle of the road, he immediately asked for an extra €15 for 3 days. The room itself was okay. However, it felt like we were the only guests in the entire building, which gave the place an abandoned atmosphere. We had originally booked for an additional 2 days and were charged another €10 for that extension. So in total 25€ extra. Owner send a guy for handover the keys and he demanding tips after all this chaos. We tried contacting the owner for the WiFi password but he send me the reply that stay patient he is doing something else. His next message was asking for extra money after 3 days. Cleanliness and basic supplies were also disappointing. For 5 days, we were given only half a roll of tissue paper. The bathroom mat was dirty and disgusting, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.no soap or hand wash nothing. While the stay itself was manageable, the overall experience with the management was very poor. It felt like they were more focused on collecting money than providing hospitality or support. The building felt almost abandoned, yet they were quick to ask for extra payments. Overall, not a pleasant experience due to the lack of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. 💰

There was nothing about the property that i liked. It doesnt give you the appartent you see in the picture, it is in a different location. It is very misserable. I asked the host if where i parked it is ok and he answerd me that it is ok and the next day my car wasnt there anymore. The host has a guy that waits you at the proprety and we didnt manage to understand with Translate.

Good location, apt balcony & cleaning was very good

After staying 5 days & a previous visit, the host didn't want to make a deal to stay another 5 days for the same price. He quoted me an extra 20$(200dhs) a day extra because he was expectant to get clients for that price, even though the property was still unbooked the day i departed

Solid 8...Location is excellent, fairly quiet & nice area..near enough to shopping & walking to Ave Mohammed 5. Appt is good value with balcony views, comfortable, with working kitchen, bathroom, T.V, & good Wi-Fi
