"Decent property. Would have given it a 9 if not for the deposit."

Good property with beds good to accommodate 8 guests. Near to all amenities and the property is located in a quiet place. Parking was available. Everything was well communicated apart from returning the deposit.

Lacked professionalism when asked to return the deposit. Deposit was finally returned 4 weeks after I have checked out. The process of chasing them to return deposit took lot of my time. I have to use Booking.com customer service to chase them up. If anyone want to book the property, make sure to use the Booking.com messaging service for all the correspondence and don't use WhatsApp.

Big enough for a family of 7

Sadly the property is is need of attention. Presumably previous guests have not been respectful of the property and there is a lot of signs where repairs and redecoration is needed. Both the front and the rear garden are overgrown and very untidy. The rear garden is totally unusable as it is so overgrown (although we were told we couldn't use it after 7 pm anyway) Very poor water flow in both showers (bath water was fine).
