The location is excellent, and the bungalow is spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed — from the kitchen essentials to the comfortable rooms and even games for the kids. It was spotless when we arrived, and Poppy was always very responsive, answering our questions quickly and resolving any issues promptly. The kids especially loved the swimming pool, and the neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet during our stay.

The children rooms don’t have shutters or blackout curtains, so our children struggled to fall asleep while it was still light and were waking up very early (around 5:30am). We also found the place was really warm (25°C when we arrived). Even when we lowered the thermostat to 19°C, the temperature seemed to go back up overnight, making the rooms uncomfortable for sleeping.

Cherry tree leaves and stalks falling all over the decking but you can't help that

Everything was there . We needed nothing . You could of not left the grounds for a week and had a fantastic stay ! From pools to entertainment evenings it was all there ! Very family focussed but equally aimed at young couples or older generations aswell ! We are Family of 3

A nice, clean and cosy caravan. It took us a bit of time to work out how to adjust the heating, but we got there in the end.

It’s a cozy homely feeling caravan.

Swimming pool for the kids, friendly staff. Closeness to the facilities.

Would have liked a manual to tell us how to turn on the heating, although it didn't take us long to work out. Property was a bit tired but it didn't spoil our stay.

I liked it all

Poppy was a lovely, friendly host who responded quickly to communications. Super easy check in and out, too. Lovely, welcoming touches at the property, very clean caravan, comfortable beds and a lovely peaceful location on site. The staff at the clubhouse were so welcoming and friendly, too. We had a great stay and will definitely come again!

I really can't think of any negatives at all.
