Clean and modern apartment. Good location, Kosmonautlar metro station within short walking distance, supermarket across the street. In the room there is everything you need. Excellent WiFi. Easy to find with the detailed instructions they sent me. Recommended!

Room was reasonable enough

A lovely apartment - very clean and bigger than we were expecting. The location is good - around a 10-minute walk to the Metro, and there is a large supermarket directly opposite and three beer shops below! We always had English-speaking assistance via WhatsApp if we had any questions. It's true that for some, collecting the keys from a nearby hostel might be an inconvenience, but it is also handy because it's a place to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out if you have time to kill. The apartment is on the fourth floor which was not an issue for us, but those with mobility issues should be aware.

Great location near a 24/7 supermarket, a pharmacy and Kosmonavtlar metro station. The property is well-kept and has everything needed for a long-ish stay (10 nights): a clothes iron, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. There’s a nice little balcony with astroturf and overall the space was cozy and the apartment manager was very helpful and welcoming. Excellent wifi.

Hassle in checking in. Book this property and haven’t received a message checking for my estimated arrival time so I sent a message via booking.com advising my arrival time - no reply. 1400 I was in the area and tried to find the property thinking that someone was waiting for me as I haven’t received any reply but of no luck. 14:32 I sent a message via whatsapp and started to receive multiple instructions that I have to go to a hostel (different address) first to pay then once paid I have to proceed to a different address where there was another instruction for the keys. Supervisor offered a 10% discount but he will cancel the booking - which I refused.

The location is great, close to every thing. The room itself is not very big, but pretty cozy. Lovely place to stay.
