GBExcellent location, beautiful house with a magic outdoor area very spacious and log burner was a cosy addition.
Lack of kitchen utensils! A cooked breakfast was a challenge with no spatula etc we did buy one at a local shop for the kitchen , no microwave limited pans and overall poorly equipped kitchen which was such a shame as the house really is lovely and so comfortable We found a dishwasher full of dirty dishes on arrival and overall cutlery crockery just wasn’t clean

Inability to switch the heating up from 15°. House became quite cold when heating switched off. Instruction book no help. Tried calling host emergency number no one available, left a message but did not receive a call back. Would have pursued this further had we been staying longer. Car parking outside house very limited. Only received information about the town car parks on the arrival day. Would have been helpful to have had this in advance.
GBReally enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was extremely comfortable and stylishly decorated. We liked that the dining room had comfy seating where any of our party could read or play a game while others were watching TV. The kitchen, en-suite and shower room facilities were modern and the beds very comfortable. It’s central location close to the Market Square and amenities was a boon as we were able to leave the car parked for the whole of our stay. The Host & Stay staff (Charlie) was also very helpful and kept us updated with information about the property and what was available to enhance our stay in the area. Would definitely book again.
Lack of a dedicated parking space, but this was a minor inconvenience as Nun's Close car park was within walking distance and the property had a 2 hour parking disc that we used in a nearby street to unload/load our cases.
GBThe house was even nicer than the photos! Furniture and furnishings were all of good quality and comfortable. Bed very comfortable and lovely pillows and bedding. Kitchen well equipped with plenty of crockery and pans etc. Television has streaming which was welcome. Location fabulous as near enough to walk round the town yet quiet even though by a road. We were lucky enough to park opposite the house but there was plenty of parking nearby. Lots of shops, pubs and eating places within walking distance. A perfect place for a short break or longer if you want to venture further away!
Very little to complain about , a few cobwebs and a couple of dusty lightshades. Written instructions on how to use the tv near to the tv would have made things easier , ditto the coffee machine and a few pods would be nice too!

Check out at 10am feels a little early, especially as a family. 11am would be much better. Would be a bonus to have a microwave
