"Confortable, new greek/bisantyne style, quiet but in the center"

the place is new, forniture a bit bizantyne at the greek style. Right in the downtown center but non noisy: sound proof windows and far enough from the movida that happens in Frourio and surroundings.

Terrible sewage smell from the bathroom when I got in. After having opend the windows, let water flow in all sinks/WC and started the vent, things improved.
