Unit was not cleaned well. Toilet or the floor drain stinks.

Location is great. Literally , less than a one minute walk to a large Robinsons mall. Several convenience stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. Great city view and also of the ships at anchor in Manila Bay. There are so many elegant touches in the apartment that make it a very classy place to stay. Blackout curtains in the bedroom, lots of lighting options from low and relaxing to stadium bright, multiple clocks so you always know the time, French press and drip coffee maker if you , like me don't like the instant stuff. Everything provided you could possible need. The host Aries is very accommodating, easy to communicate with and quickly addresses any concerns or questions.

The only slightly negative comment would be there are only 2 elevators which are very slow. Only a minor inconvenience in getting to / from the apartment.
