Umístění v první ulici od historického centra. Parkování hned v přilehlé ulici bylo jednoduché. Vincenzo je skvělý hostitel. Jeho snídaně byly moc příjemné, byl zdrojem mnoha zajímavých a užitečných informací. Pokoj se sociálním zařízením byl čistý, dostačující. Postel pohodlná. Informace před příjezdem nám poslal přes WhatsApp. Vše bylo jasné a srozumitelné. Rádi toto ubytování doporučíme a rádi se vrátíme.

Vincenzo que gestiona el alojamiento muy amable, todo perfectamente explicado para el checkin y disfrutar de la visita de Matera. Habitación espaciosa, límpia y cómoda. Muy bien situado y con posibilidad de aparcar el coche en zona gratuita al lado. También pudimos dejar las maletas en el alojamiento tras hacer el checkout.

Camera spaziosa. Posizione della struttura a due passi dal centro. Aria condizionata. Asciugacapelli in bagno. Colazione abbondante con croissant freschi caffè cappuccino e succo. Propietario molto gentile ci ha indicato dove parcheggiare e un buon ristorante per mangiare

Quarto aconchegante banheiro grande, vicenzo nos esperou pela manhã com um café maravilhoso de forma extremamente educada e gentil.

Estávamos procurando um apartamento somente para nós e não tínhamos entendido que a acomodação era sharing. Tinha quartos no apartamentos e outras pessoas. Mas não tivemos problemas, somente não tínhamos entendido mesmo que era um quarto e não o espaço todo.

Our host was excellent and he provided us a lovely breakfast every day. He was so helpful with travel and touring suggestions. The room was in an desirable location and was excellent for our needs.
