Si vous cherchez le calme et l'authenticité, cet endroit est une perle. Situé à l'écart du tumulte du centre, l'établissement offre une vue directe sur le célèbre pont. L'accueil par la famille locale est d'une gentillesse rare, ce qui rend le séjour très personnel. Les infos pratiques à retenir : • Accès au pont : Un chemin vous permet d'atteindre le Nine Arch Bridge en 10 min de marche environ, idéal pour les photos matinales ! • Transports : Le centre-ville est à 10 min. Un trajet en tuk-tuk coûte entre 600 et 700 LKR, ce qui est très raisonnable pour la tranquillité obtenue. • Services : Petit-déjeuner délicieux et copieux. Mention spéciale pour la douche avec eau chaude, très appréciable après une rando. • ✅ Le point fort : Pouvoir aller au pont à pied sans dépendre des transports.

Rien c’était parfait.

This place was amazing. The view of the 9 arches bridge was fantastic and that we could walk a little way down the road to get to the tracks was a great tip as well. Senavi was an amazing host, allowing us to do some laundry and always checking that everything is ok. He told us about tuk tuk drivers around the area and what to look out for. Saying that he also gave us recommendations of where to go and what to do and offered to take us there in his own tuk tuk. We asked for him to arrange a taxi for us to demodara station and he said he would take us instead for a good price as well. The room was great, the bed was comfy and and food was tasty.

Wifi could be a bit patchy but to be expected.

A wonderful family-run hotel with wonderful hosts. We were met and given directions to the driver over the phone. The rooms are very nice, with stunning views of the mountains and the Nine Arches Bridge. The bathroom has warm water. There's a lovely shared terrace with hammocks and tables. The hosts are very kind and helpful, allowing us to use the kitchen and dishes, and arranging a tuk-tuk ride at a low price. I highly recommend it.

Die Gastgeber behandeln ihre Gäste wie Familienmitglieder und sorgen dauerhaft für deren Zufriedenheit. Bei einem leckeren traditionellen Frühstück hat man tolle Aussicht auf die 9 Arch Bridge. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl!

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, jedoch ist Ella sehr kühl weswegen man keine braucht :)

Está a las afueras, con una vista muy buena del 9 arch, lugar muy tranquilo. A 30 minutos a pie de Little Adam’s Peak.

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war extrem lecker und typisch für Sri Lanka, d.h inklusive Linsen Dal, Hoppers und frischen Früchten. Die Aussicht auf die Nine Arch Bridge ist beeindruckend. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt hier definitiv.

Perfekte Lage oberhalb der Nine Arch Bridge. Über einen gut zugänglichen Wg und 126 Stufen ist man in 15 Min dort. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und eine Mischung aus landestypischen Gerichten und AB. Unterkunft ist einfach aber alles da was es braucht. Auch warmes Wasser😉. Der Besitzer ist umwerfend nett. Hat mich mit dem TukTuk an der Straße abgeholt und wieder hingebracht. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar! Beim nächsten Mal plane ich min 2-3 Tage dort ein
