The location is great. Very close to the shopping center and 15 minutes walk to the city center. Parking for tenants only which is perfect. Apartment is warm (stayed mid Feb), cozy, freshly painted, renovated with new kitchen (altrough we did not use appliances except coffee maker). The bed is comfortable and we had enough bed linen, towels and everything we needed for short stay. Special plus were provided slippers as we have forgotten ours. The host was very welcoming and friendly, met us on the premises and chek in/out went without a hitch. We had a lovely stay and would be back to Timișoara.

Bilding only - unpleasant corridors with tenants' belongings and bicycles, smell of moisture, top fifth floor without elevator.
