Where it is located , with supermarket and bars behind , good variety of eating places around and Harriet’s in block . Flat had everything needed - added bonus of washing machine . Agency were very responsive to questions and helpful . Smooth communications and longer check out arranged which was very helpful .

The location is excellent, close to bars restaurants and super market. The bus station is just round the corner, for buses to all parts of Tenerife. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The apartment is on the 6th floor and even has 2 sun beds on the terrace. The complex is very well maintained and has a large pool area with plenty of sun beds. Carmen Rentals were very helpful.

Bedroom far to hot, only had a small noisy fan so sleep was not good. Air conditioning was in the apartment but was told owner didn't want me to use it and didn't leave the remote control. The beds were old and very uncomfortable and need replacing so we did not sleep very well. The sofa bed in the front room is impossible to sleep on as we tried this as it was cooler in the front room.

Spacious and comfortable apartment for 2. Very well equipped. Good security. Location was excellent for us. 10 - 15 minutes walk to the old town area and beach. Bus stops for all parts of the island are right outside the complex. Bars, restaurants and supermarket adjacent to the complex. Everything was well maintained. Large swimming pool area. Good views from the 6th floor balcony.
