Der Lift war defekt

The position in the city is excellent, near the car parking (1€ /h 8:00-20:00 and free during the night) and close to the restaurants and POI. New furniture, large TV and good windows (noise reduction). The apartment is quite big. Keys were in a lockbox but we still had to go over to the reception to receive the lock code, besides that, the instructions were very clear on how to access the building and the apartment.

The building elevator is very small, there should have been a remote at the apartment to use the elevator door but no one knew where it was so we could not use the elevator. I know the building is very old but the floor was squeaking very loud on every step so visiting the bathroom during the night was a very loud adventure.

Great, spacious apartment in a great location. Agency is really easy to deal with. The lift is very tiny but that's due to the architecture, can't do much about that. Lots of paid parking in the area.

Location is Wonderful!! Easy check-in instructions. Great restaurants nearby.

Lack of extra pillows and blankets.

Communication with Amira was excellent. And the appartment was very good.
