Great property. Suited our group of 3 couples. Very comfortable. Great location

Floor in living area hadn't been swept. Brushes and dustpans locked away so couldn't sweep ourselves No tea towels Downstairs shower inadequate. Bed downstairs uncomfortable. Only 3 pillows for downstairs double bed. Inadequate storage in downstairs bedroom.

Only 2 knives in the cutlery drawer for 4 people to eat with. No tea towels provided Shortage of pillows 10.30 check out was a bit early - we lost an hour due to the change of clocks

This place is amazing! Super well located—just a short walk to the bus stop where one can go absolutely everywhere. Situated on a lovely, quiet street, and even though with a train track on the back, you can barely hear any trains at all. The house is beautiful and clearly well cared for. You’ll find everything needed for a cozy stay, as it’s well maintained and organized. We will certainly keep this place in mind when returning to Edinburgh. We absolutely loved it!
