The room was fine, good space around the sides of the bed. A nice selection of tea and coffee, biscuits were a bit boring!

We are not infirm but for someone who is not particularly fit, the 3 steep flights of stairs to the top floor could prove a challenge. When booking the room I didn’t see any mention of this aspect of the accommodation and I think it should be made clearer.

The room was gorgeous

We arrived at about 3.30pm and there was a record launch party going on in the bar downstairs. I get that this room is in a pub but there was a room full of tripping people at 3.30pm and extremely loud music, it was so loud the guy checking us in had to shout and we still heard nothing. It was very uncomfortable battling our way through the crowd of people to get to our room. The music was deafening and didn’t stop till 11pm. It was basically hell. Such a shame as the room itself was lovely and the staff seemed nice (shouting aside) but the pub should absolutely not have let rooms out while they had this type of event happening. Our lovely romantic night in London was essentially completely ruined. I would have appreciated a follow up at least or an apology, and really should have been offered a partial refund.
