整个房间风格的设计感很强，地理位置也比较方便，但地板大面积还是比较干净，床垫和床比较新。

卫生条件差得惊人，很难想象在日本会有如此差的卫生状况。 从开门的一瞬间看到土间满是头发就感觉不妙。果然进去之后，发现窗台、百叶窗、移门布满灰尘，洗衣机底座、盖子上都是灰尘和头发； 浴柜上都是灰尘。橱柜打开全是霉味，里面都是油污。冰箱微波炉也很脏。 因为带了小朋友，我不得不用了一大包酒精湿巾把这些地方逐一打扫干净才敢使用。所以住之后会比之前干净很多。床品和浴巾都比较旧了，看不出是否新换过，窗户老旧不隔音，晚上睡觉车辆呼啸而过，房子会颤，半夜三点会被巨大警报声惊醒。 百叶窗帘很旧了，全是灰尘遮光效果也差。 空调遥控器面板也不亮。
