Kühlschrank und Ruderboot neu.

Der Weg zum Steg sowie die Feuerstelle müssten mal erneuert werden. Das Holz ist morsch. Die Tür vom Backofen schließt nicht mehr korrekt. Offenbar war die Kleppe mal überdehnt.
