No breakfast included, the location is too interior. The reception was great.

The electricity power changes when light is off is not automatic, internet availability not constant.

The staff were very accommodating and did all they could to look after us and accommodate our requirements. When any issues arose, they were quick to rectify the problem. The staff were great in particular the assistance we received prior to arrival and trying to organise our airport collection.

It was unfortunate to be put in a room next to the generator so we were unable to sleep but after making a complaint, we were swiftly moved to a different room.

I love the kitchen,living room and the rooms,the meal was great,the staff were loving and solved all my worries.

The television channels.They don't have channels for kids

I did like the convenience of being able to prepare our own meals. I like the fact that security is on premises at all time

I don’t like how they only give you 3 channels to watch and those channels is nothing worth even turning the tv on I don’t like that in 2022 I have to pour water on my body from a bucket in order to wash I don’t like how when turn the water on in the bathroom or kitchen it spills on onto the floor causing dangerous environment to be subjected to I don’t like how when you complain about those situations the host does nothing until you get aggressive and say you will leave and request a refund I don’t like how the place is infested with roaches and cock roaches I don’t like how some air conditioner works and some don’t
