"Good location but over-rated on everything else"

Its a budget hotel meant for adults who are very particular of a good location with nearby access to food stalls, restaurants and convenience stores.

Amenities are very basic but during my stay here, I had problems with the air-conditioning which was too cold and difficult to control; hot & cold shower knobs too tight; broken switch; lack of support staff and a not so friendly receptionist.
