"Very clean n tidy welcomed by host and was flexible"

Warm welcome considering I didn’t see the check in times and was delayed getting there getting lost despite sat nav! Clean and neat comfortable bed ideal for a pit stop easy drive to airport can park right outside property

Would have liked a small tv in room that’s all really otherwise could not fault it and value for money

slightly out of the way but very easy to get the M1 bus into town - only 20 mins

This room is ideal for solo travelers for a day or two night stay. Binnie is a wonderful host and helped me with an early check in to the room. The room has all the necessary amenities which you can expect.

The location is a bit far away from the city..
