HOMESTAY - AC 3 BHK NEAR AlRPORT

The booking.com showing that Saibala Villa is available and gave confirmation. Whereas the receptionist told that no villa is available. Gave two rooms at Saibala lodge where Saibala villa is located. It seems no saibala villa is exist. They forced us to stay in two rooms at Rs.,4500/- When i was booking I booked for 3 Bhk. This is clear type of cheating that is not providing the booked villa at the stay day. Forced the guests to take the rooms in lodge with no other option on 12th hour. The lodge people taking advantage of the guests need. The room is not clean. insects are roaming. Cots and bedsheets are not good. With no other option we adjusted the room. They blaming booking.com is responsible for this. All are hand in glow to grab the money from the guests.

Bedding, filthy, pillows disgusting.

Just got a place to sleep while transiting through Chennai. But there must be many better options than this place.

- Smelly Linens, towels - Mouldy walls/roofs -Mosquito infected house -Dirty surroundings and streets around - kitchen not equipped- we couldn’t even find a knife to cut fruits. All the utensils were too unclean to use. - we booked airport pick up and drop off, and the guy overcharged us from what was promised. Even at the drop off he kept asking for more money until i had to yell at him. To the owner- Please be transparent in your quotes and charges and train your staff in a better way.

Exvellent though situated in a narrow lane. It supposed to be a home stay and it was that.

Stay was Excellent with all needed things. Private car parking and location is close to airport. House is equipped with kitchen essentials, oven, washing machine and fridge.
