Room was not cleaned when check in, toilet bowl was having shit on the cover, bed sheet and pillow case was in mass and no change. Rubbish was not disposed of.

We like the location and the access to the unit which was fairly convenient and secure. The facilities were on par with the expectation of such service.

The cleaning and preparation of the room prior to our entry could have been better with some unwanted smell in the bathroom while the floor were still wet didn't invite pleasant feeling. But it wasn't a major issue as it was manageable from our end.
