i loved everything about this place. everything you could possibly need is included in this adorable, comfortable apartment! washer, dryer, laundry soap, dishwasher, dishwasher detergent, coffee maker, coffee options, refrridgerator/freezr, ice, iron, ironing board, big shower, soap, shampoo, conditioner, easy parking... I could go on and on! I highly recommend this property! My friend stopped by to visit and loved it so much, she will be booking for a stay in November

There is nothing that I didn't like about this property.

Spotlessly clean - whoever cleans this place I want them to clean my place! All the amenities one would need when away from home. Full kitchen, well stocked. I already have it booked for 2 more stays.

Definitely need a vehicle, it's not really within walking distance of a lot. There is some chillin' going on in the apartment building with some weed smoking - can't smell it in the apartment, but can in the hallway and outside the building.

- The amenities were not bad, like a microwave, small grill oven, washing machine and dryer - The location was alright if you have a vehicle - I liked the shampoo

- It smells in the whole house and especially in the bedroom as if someone peed there - Hairs in the shower - At least 3 spiders around the bed in 2 nights - Air conditioner is very loud and above the bed - No ventilation in bathroom - Check-out time was 10:30 instead of 11:00 for no discernible reason - Room generally looks ancient (in a bad way) - Was the worst place I’ve been to

Apartment was equipped with cooking, eating utensils and basic supplies (spices, coffee) unlike many places we have stayed. When we lived in Jackson, we probably drove past this property 100 times or more and never noticed it. We're glad we found it. It may seem like a sketchy location but it was safe and convenient to visiting friends in south Sac. Apartment has good shower with hot water, comfy bed, and full kitchen. Probably our highest recommendation is that we are staying there again.

Property owner was very attentive and responded immediately to all of my correspondence

The location is surrounded by homeless and it feels rather unsafe especially on the ground floor at night coming and going from your car alone.

Clean , full kitchen, nice bathroom, beautiful house , quiet . Attentive, polite, accommodating staff .

The couch that turned into a bed was horribly uncomfortable and piece of foam on top would have fixed it .

Property was kinda of secluded so there wasn’t anyone to bother us

It was a little hard to see where it was for a second but the road allows for a quick U-turn. It was fine after that.
