Posizione molto buona, a pochi metri da piazza Statuto. Struttura pulita e host disponibile.

Bathroom apart from the room can be discomfortable sometimes, just be aware of it.

Small, very clen and comfortable apartment and bed was really comfortable.

Check in process was very hard, no instructions until you call.

Great location, the rooms are looking great and they are really well equipped.

It’s hard to find and I had a really strange interaction with the host.

Good size room and toilet, coffee machine and kettle provided , plug adaptors, quiet area. Modern toilet facilities and trendy room.

The most complicated and illegal check-in you will see. To open the door to the building you will have to call an Italian phone number every time. And then the owner requires that you send a selfie of all guests with his company logo visible for check-in. The law requires sending passports, but sending selfies is not required by Italian law. Booking.com also does not allow sending selfies in the check-in rules. It is unclear for what purposes (maybe for advertising?) the owner will use your face.

Good value for a single night stop over

I arrived late at night and couldn’t get in or work even if I was in the right place. However the host did eventually respond and let me in remotely but it was all a bit unclear
