"Very poor"

Booking.com must screening their partner, not sure the villa is available, I cannot found the villa

I cannot even found the location and the property contact no. cannot been reached, and no one tried to contact me back. Booking.com already charged anyway

"Disappointing"

Peaceful location

They need to update number posted in booking , as staff on current number only work 6 days a week and it was very hard for me to reach the cooperative contact number to just check in . Property needs serious deep cleaning , i booked 3 nights but didn’t stay 3 nights due to property condition . I forgot something there and tried to contact them for a while now to retrieve it , but no response .
