"Poor experience"

Owner agreed to refund me

I had the reservation for three nights. I told the owner that I would not make it for my first night because my flight was canceled but that I would come with the next flight in the morning. When I arrived, the room was a mess. It wasn't cleaned and I noticed some tips on the kitchen table. I guess the room was overbooked and the personal excused themselves because I didn't arrived in the checkin hours althouth I had the room paid for the day before also. I let them clean and I came back... then I noticed the grease on the walls, right at your bed head, the sewage smell (even though they just finished cleaning) and the small bathroom. I'm a 180cm tall guy at 90kg. I could not fit in the shower. The cheapest toilet seat, broken because you barely had room for your knees. It was bad and I decided to leave because I didn't felt confortable to sleep in that bed. At least the owner agreed to refund me and is nothing that cannot be fixed in the future, but my experience was bad and I wasted a lot of time because of this.
