Everything! Location, cleanliness, size of apartment, kitchenware. Especially the owner. She is so kind to wait for our night check in. And even let us check out late as our flt was in the evening. Needs google translation as she dont speak english. Highly recommend! Will stay here again if we come to almaty again.

The owner of the property is very good and waited for us at late night. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.This property is very near to center. All attractions of Almaty city is in walkable distance. I enjoyed with my family of two kids . There is three small supermarkets which was very helpful for our breakfast .

Location is good…convenient to parks, restaurants, some historic sites in walking distance, also convenient to public transport Large rooms…comfortable beds

Heating system was putting out too much heat but easily resolved by opening the windows to let in fresh air.

No breakfast is included. Convenient location, quiet but accessible to nearby restaurants, parks, transport. Beds were comfortable. Good hot shower.

Excellent location and fabulous host who will go extra mile to help you. She drove us to money changer in heavy rain. She also arranged her son and his friend to drive us to airport too at a very reasonable price (lower than taxi). Clean apartment with everything available. Grocery store is just below the apartment.

Everything was perrrfect. If I am picky, host could provide better meeting instruction with pin location for non-Russian speaking guests. Entrance of the property is at the back of pin located apartment building. I may even suggest grocery store below the apartment as meeting place!!
