"Scammed"

Nothing to like.

Ended up not followibg through with my confirmed booking. We were under the impression that we would have privacy and our own separate entrance only to find we are sharing a house with the owner and his "mother". The owner is utterly unprofessional. Did not even check with me what time we will be checking in, no communication whatsoever. I informed him of our approximate arrival time only to stand in front of the house for more than 20 minutes being unable to get hold of the owner on WhatsApp or telephonically. He only got back to me an hour and 15 minutes later! The service of Booking.com was absolutely trash. They called me from 2 numbers saying they will contact me within 45 minutes only to find out the 2 numbers they called from both went to voicemail after 45 minutes. We went back to the accommodation and HAD TO WAIT for Mr owner to open the gate for us, knowing that we are on our way. We did not feel safe to stay at that place. He didn't even bother to make a good effort to assist us in canceling the booking. Booking.com was absolutely useless in assisting as well.
