IL Mare appart 3

Very clean and spacious apartment. Nice balcony. 10 minutes by bus to the old city. Possibility to park the car in the garage for 15eur/day.

Spotlessly clean in every room. Quiet location with good bus route. Big windows and some outdoor space. The apartment has a lot of potential to be really nice. The restaurant below had some amazing smelling food coming from there.

The facilities were largely lacking and the description of the property seemed a bit misleading. The washing machine wasn't actually in the apartment, for example. The kitchen utensils were very limited. We didn't have a sponge to wash up with. No sofa. The apartment overall needs some TLC as there were broken blinds and the sheet on the mattress torn, for example. The bedroom had an odd smell like stale smoke. The city views from the property aren't really city views.

Very big, spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the city centre. The bus stop is in front of the building, the bus takes 15 minutes to the city centre and 45 minutes to the airport. The apartment is very clean and modern looking, shower had good pressure, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The apartment has big windows and private balcony. For guest who don't plan to cook there is enough of utensils in the kitchen.

The staff was really helpful and the apartment very nice.

It would be a good idea to add more tools in the kitchen, like more knifes, scissors, bottle opener, etc.

Keys were in the doorlock already, no need for any messages/phones with the owner. The restaurant downstairs is quite fancy and has some really nice daily menus for very good deals Bed was really nice
