The set of keys we were given didn't open the door to the lift, so we had to try to open the door to the stairs which the key was hard to open then come back up the stairs to open the door to the lift to get our case up and down. Plus the fob to the garage door wouldn't open it was touch and go if it opened. My brother stayed in the same apartment 2 weeks before and he had the same problem we told the people but they haven't done anything about getting a new set of keys to open the doors which was a pain as it was dark and very windy trying to get out of the premises. This needs to be addressed as we would stay there again if they rectify this problem.
