Very Central - Sunny - Comfy

The apartment is centrally located, with a Lidl and metro/bus stops nearby, which is very convenient. It’s spacious and you don’t hear any noise from the neighbors.

the place is disappointing in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It was dirty and poorly kept. The bathroom is uncomfortable: water spills out when showering, the shower head had mold, and there was a strong smell coming from the pipes - you can feel it in every area of the apartment. The only window is covered with an advertisement, which severely limits natural light. The kitchen lacks an extractor hood, the utensils are in bad condition, and although there's an oven, there’s nothing available to cook with it. The couch is broken and dirty. I was told there was no iron and they could not give me one „due to security reasons”, so I didn’t pack certain clothes, only to find out later there actually was one, hidden away. All the wardrobes were full of pillows, leaving no space to store clothes. One of the tables had a big hole in it, and the check-out time is at 10 a.m., which is too early. Overall, the place has great potential due to its space and location, but it’s being wasted because of poor upkeep. I wont reapeat for sure.

Понравилась квартира-чисто и светло, есть все необходимое. Аутентичное старинное здание, веет историей, но это захватывает. Прекрасное месторасположение, прямо в центре!

Easy access. Location is near the main train station (Nyugati Pv).

Halfway there is an elevator.

Great location! You open the door, and the Metro is there.

Spacious, good location.

Foul smell coming from showers. All chest of drawers were stuffed with pillows leaving no room for clothes. Kitchen was poorly equipped, no baking trays, one shelf in oven etc. No instructions on how to use household appliances. No instructions on recycling rubbish. Owner did not respond to messages.
