Apt 2 Cathedral & River view

Cleverly designed, well-appointed, warm and well-maintained ground-floor apartment in a central but quiet location - with a view of neighbouring Norwich Cathedral thrown in for good measure. The smart use of space made a perfect base for our three-night stay - and should the winds blow us back that way, we’d surely seek out the same apartment 👍😀.

Location was perfect. Clean and cosy ,everything we needed for a weekend break to see grandchildren. Very close to all amenities too. Outlook very pleasant on to river park. Very nice.

The car park. Found getting in and out very awkward. Maybe due to someone parking too far over into our space. Also faffing about with codes etc. After a long journey not the best. Also name of property needed outside ,passed a couple of times before found it.

Everything. Lovely and clean. Great location . Very comfy bed . Nicely decorated . Parking . Really enjoyed my stay . Great communication with the host . Definitely stay again

The location of the property was superb, and secured car parking was a big bonus. Comfortable bed too :-)

The noise from all the other apartments. The walls and doors of the apartment complex on a whole were all paper thin, and you could hear everything from all the other rooms around you. The communal hallway acted like a sound box, amplifying every single sound of people coming and going, at all hours of the night (it seemed particularly busing between 2 and 4 am and not just people coming in, but people leaving too), you could hear peoples conversations (and arguments) from adjoining rooms, people using their toilets (and i don't just mean flushing the toilet) and the fact that it would appear the upper apartments waste water stack appears to run within the wall cavity of this particular apartment, you knew when the upper apartments where flushing their toilets / using the showers etc. We stayed here for 2 nights and didn't get a winks sleep at all. We did stay on a Friday and Saturday night, the week before Christmas, so i am guessing it may have been a bit noisier than if we had stayed during the week etc, but it certainly spoiled our weekend away for sure. If we could pick the apartment up and move it to a quieter location it would have been 5 stars all round!

Very small things - easily fixed...needs to have coat hooks installed somewhere and maybe ice cube tray in the freezer

The flat is very close to The Halls where I was exhibiting, just a short walk along the river. It was very clean and cosy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, it is rare for me not to get a backache when staying away from home, but I slept well and had no issues with my back. The shower had a good power and temperature (very important for me!). Gary couldn't have been more helpful when dealing with my enquiries.

Very little. Being on the ground floor I did hear quite a bit of coming and going from the front door and the residents in the flat above were rather heavy on their feet when moving around at night, but it didn't keep me awake.

Very clean, tidy and comfortable. It was ABSOLUTELY LOVELY!! I loved the balcony too

Excellent location if you want to be this side of town, and it's not far to walk anywhere. On site parking.(at reasonable additional charge). Useful kitchen/diner/lounge area. Washing machine was a nice bonus for a longer stay though a clothes airer would have helped. The outside seating would have been nice in better weather.

No number on the door! Fortunately directions were good, but confirmation of the right room is nice. WiFi didn't work. Bathroom fan didn't work. A cafetiere would be nice.
