No breakfast was included.

I misplaced my room key and contacted the staff for assistance, but they refused to come since they live an hour away. I was left completely on my own and eventually had to walk 2.5 km to Hotel Loiola, where I booked a room for the night. When problems arise, there is no support. Travelers, take caution! Perdí la llave de mi habitación y contacté con el personal para pedir ayuda, pero se negaron a venir ya que viven a una hora de distancia. Me dejaron completamente solo y finalmente tuve que caminar 2,5 km hasta el Hotel Loiola, donde reservé una habitación para esa noche. Cuando surgen problemas, no hay apoyo alguno. ¡Viajeros, tengan cuidado!
