הדירה יפה ומעוצבת, המטבח מאובזר, יש מכונת קפה, כ- 15 שעה הליכה מהמרכז, מסעדות ובתי קפה טובים מסביב לדירה וסופרמרקט צמוד

המיטה הזוגית הייתה ממש לא נוחה (המזרון היה קשה) וחדר המדרגות היה מטונף ומסריח
