"Overall we had a great time."

New property with a great location. Comfortable kitchen and living space.

The bedrooms had locked closets and no furniture for clothing or place to put a suitcase.

"A complete disaster that turned around only thanks to the property manager’s and my diligence to find last minute altern"

We booked two condos for a group of 11. Vizcaya #7 was under construction and had been for 2 months, but we were never notified by Booking.com. We scrambled to find accommodations. Booking was of no help in doing that. Instead, the property managed handled finding an alternative for half the group and I had to find a last minute place through Airbnb at a much higher cost. This is completely unacceptable. I was refunded for Vizcaya #6. But the added cost, not to mention the time and aggravation to find alternative lodging for the group at the last minute is completely unacceptable.

"Exceptional"

We loved everything! It was the nicest place we've ever stayed in! We have never seen double shower heads before, or such a large shower, and we would love to have the bathroom mirrors in our own home! Loved the size of the TVs as well! The beds and pillows were comfortable, as well. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to Moab!
