Good location, nice beds, washing machine there and dryer but the dryer doesn't work, more below, kitchen with all you need, clean towels etc

Bathroom doesn't have shampoo and shower gel, we washed with hand soap on the first night, dryer doesn't work and i stayed up 1 hour to try and make it work because I already washed my clothes and i was leaving the next day, to get upstairs there are some really scary steps, not sturdy at all, and the bathroom upstairs is small and can't really be used, the toilet didn't have a seat on !!!
