Il est un peu suranné , ce qui fait son charme, mais aussi dépassé chambre un peu petite, pas de machine à café et pas de clé magnétique…

This hotel is incredible. It is situated in the heart of Gerardmer, with gorgeous views from the rooms and a great restaurant and spa. Highly recommended

They have a very strange policy regarding their towels. You have to pay a deposit to have pool towels (which are old, raggy, and need to be updated and upgraded!) They think people actually want to steal them, honestly I wanted to throw them away and ask for newer towels!! They also neglect to explain that the pool and spa area is free and avaliable to all guests. They push you first to try their private spa for a high fee. When you get out of the paid spa, you suddenly see there is a whole beautiful free world of pool and spa just next door. A little deceiving but otherwise amazing hotel.
