Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The staff were very helpful and welcoming (especially the lady from Bali 😊)

Positive things are great location and very friendly staff who try their best to make sure you get the best out of what you can get from this hotel.

the rest is bad. The hotel is very dirty and old, shower is covered with mold and dusty. No beach towels available even for additional cost! It says SPA resort, but you don't even have beach towels. the pool is smaller than it looks on the picture. And a note - you will have to pay for omlet even if you have breakfast included. Pool bar has very little to offer and only one type of beer. And we were also charged additional price of a pack of cookies that was laying on the table as what is usually a compliment from the hotel. The rating is not fair for the hotel, should be around 5-6. And for this price there were much better options, but we specifically chose this one because of its rating.

The new stylish hotel with a chill-out atmosphere is good for family and solo travellers. The staff is very helpful.

Sea is a bit of walking distance. However, the wifi experience didn't work well. There were problems with their internal network so there was partly no wifi at all.

It was pleasant to have your morning coffee next to the pool.

My room was not cleaned properly (floor was dirty). I've arrived in the evening and had to air the room because of the strong smell of cleaning chemicals. Breakfast was quite simple. The hotel is located uphill near the main road to Cesme, so it is not close to any beach (20+ min walking distance downhill) or shops.
